Price and Product Availability

We reserve the right to modify prices displayed on our website at any time. All quotations for products not commonly stocked or new orders are subject to the availability and fluctuations in the Australian dollar against the US dollar. Barcodes.com.au Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify quoted prices and products as necessary in conjunction with the customer as a result of such issues considered beyond our control.


Customers may accept a Quotation by signing and returning a copy of the quotation and/or providing a purchase order in response to the Quotation; constituting a confirmed order. Customers that provide a purchase order shall have agreed to these terms and conditions. No terms and conditions specified or pre-printed on a Customer purchase order or other form of acceptance shall add or modify the terms and conditions contained within this quotation.


Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted exclusive of 'Goods and Services Tax' (GST). GST is added to the total price on the invoice.


All new products are subject to manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise specified).

Payment Information

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Credit Card payments will be processed upon checkout.

For your protection, we never put your credit card number in an unencrypted email. We currently use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and 128 bit encryption to safeguard your secure information during online transactions.

Shipping and Handling Information

Upon receipt of payment Barcodes.com.au will endeavor to dispatch goods within four (4) working days (depending on stock availability). If an item is unavailable at the time of ordering you will be notified by one of our team members.

Once the order is ready for dispatch, Barcodes.com.au will use the services of Australia Post and other freight carriers to distribute goods nationally. Standard delivery service can take between two (2) and seven (7) working days depending on location. If the order is urgent, you may choose an Express service for an additional charge. Please note, Express service does not guarantee next day delivery. Express freight can generally reduce delivery times to between 1-2 days depending on location. This is in addition to order processing time.

Refund Policy

Barcodes.com.au is committed to providing the highest level customer service experience. Under the Australian Trade Practices Act 1974, you may seek a refund if goods:

are or become faulty through no fault of your own.
are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales consultant.
do not match our description or sample.
have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

However, the goods must be returned within a seven (7) day period with the original invoice as your proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired.

Barcodes.com.au appreciates under some circumstances a standard stock line product does not meet the purpose for which it was intended and may need to be returned. To this end, we agree to accept product returns of standard stock line goods within a seven (7) day period under the following circumstances:

Goods will only be accepted where they have been returned to Barcodes.com.au in full resale condition (including instruction manuals) along with a copy of the original purchase invoice.

Damage to, markings and loss of the original packaging may deem the product unsaleable and under these circumstances the return claim will be denied.

A refund or credit will be provided less 15% of the total product cost charged as a handling/re-stocking fee. There will be no refund for costs associated with postage or freight as part of the original purchase or returns process.

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
