Direct Thermal Labels FAQ

If you put slight pressure and scratch a direct thermal label from something sharp such as using a finger nail and if it leaves a dark mark then they are direct thermal labels. It may take a few strikes to test this.

No. Direct thermal labels does not require any ink, ribbon or toners.

Direct thermal labels cannot be exposed to direct sunlight, heat or other catalysts as the label will darken and make texts/barcodes unreadable.
