    One Fine Ass Scanner

    This is one fine ass scanner. We've used a ton, both wired and wireless and this is the best we've used so far. Have the convenience of mobile scanning in a comfortable grip or just keep it in the stand for easy hands free scanning. And damn... the magnet on the dock... I have never been so satisfied putting my scanner into dock before. Don't waste your time on the other junk, just buy this one. We even got 2 of them cos they so damn fine.

    Product arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. The scanner itself works quite well, but the instructions for use and the barcodes for changing settings on the device weren't as well organised as they could be.

    I purchased this scanner to use in my primary school library. Staff and students are raving about how much easier scanning is. It was also very easy to set up, within minutes it was ready to go.

    The DS2278 is a great product that reads barcodes, QR codes and a number of other formats very well (even low res images and from digital screens). For my application I have them linked via Bluetooth to an apple iPad to scan into a company application. The dock included in the box is very solid and seems to be quite durable as does the handset. Setup of the devices are not too difficult but would be made easier if the instructions for the handset setup were provided in the box or even a URL to the Zebra website where it is located. Overall I like the product and would recommend for a number of applications.
