"I wanted to thank you and Rod for your help with our sample labelling problem. At C3, we get literally thousands of precious protein samples every year, which have to be tracked and stored very carefully. We had a good idea of what our sample labelling "wish list" looked like, but had searched in vain for an off-the-shelf solution to our dual sample-tube (top and side) labelling requirements.

After contacting you, we discussed the possibility of creating our own custom label stock, and with your guarantee that it would work, we went ahead with the custom stock and a dedicated printer to print onto our stock. This solution has worked really well – better than we had hoped.
