Towa APN-30 Label Applicator use an exclusive label edge detector called "Mech-Sensor system" which automatically detects the leading edge of the label providing complete accuracy in dispensing. They can dispense any type of label and requires no special liner tool, cartridges or cassettes. There are three types of Towa Label Applicator depending on width of the labels. Towa APN30, Towa APN60 and Towa APN100. Towa APN-30 Label Applicator is easy to handle.

Towa APN-30 Label Applicator Key Points:

No feeding holes, slits or eye-marks (black marks) required on release liner
No mechanical adjustment is needed in different sizes of labels
Different size of labels within the specifications can be dispensed and applied by the specific applicator
2-3mm gap between each label is required
Max. 30mm width label can be dispensed and applied. There is no similar tool around.
The Mech-Sensor detects a height of label from 18mm up to 60mm without any adjustment.
You can use labels in roll, printed barcode labels and rewound rolls.

With a large several thousand postcard mail out deadline looming, we contacted Ben at barcodes.com.au to purchase the Towa APN-30 label applicator. Unfortunately as it's a popular product, they were out of stock but Ben promised to have one to us as soon as they arrived in a few days. Although we would have liked one straight away, we were prepared to wait, as it's a tool we will use often. But then good news -- Ben rang us back within hours and advised he had searched the warehouse and was able to locate one for us. We paid over the phone quite late in the day, it was sent by courier and we received it early the next day, just in time for the commencement of our massive mailout! I was most impressed with Ben's customer service and how he went above and beyond to help us out with what we needed much sooner than we were anticipating. Very impressed and I recommend them highly!
